You decide what to charge clients for your creative work. InvitationWeb provides the invitation editor, event page, RSVP dashboard, photos, music and venue maps. Each publication is for one event, stays available for 6 months and costs $5 USD. This is not an unlimited hosting plan or a promise of earnings.
Agree on account ownership first
Decide with the client who will own and manage the invitation. Drafts and RSVP responses belong to the account where the page is created. If the host needs direct access, agree on using the host's account before creating the final project. Do not share passwords or promise automatic account transfers.
From client brief to published invitation
- Collect the approved names, event type, date, time, venues, photos and language.
- Build a free draft and preview it on a phone.
- Confirm names and date with your client before payment.
- Publish the approved event for $5 USD and share its link.
- Manage RSVPs and edits from the account that owns the project.
What can you change later?
Keep editing the design, photos, time and venue and republish on the same link. The event date, protagonists and event type are linked to that publication. Ask support for a legitimate correction; publishing a different client's event requires a new payment.
